Return Policy

At Mavelle and Rose, we do everything we can to satisfy our customers. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we explain our return policy.

Conditions for returns

- You can only register an item for return after you have physically received it.
- The customer is fully responsible for the costs of returning the item, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.
- Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes in order to return (some of) them is not permitted.
Return procedure
1. Register your return within 14 days of receiving the item at info@mavelleandrose.com.
2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).
3. You return the item at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs.
4. We recommend that you always choose a shipping method with tracking.


Refund

Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been checked, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.


Liability

- We accept no responsibility for lost parcels if the tracking information shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
- Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
