Mavelle and Rose is a growing fashion boutique that focuses on luxury, design and customer experience. We are looking for a motivated Store Manager who will inspire the team, take the business to the next level and be responsible for day-to-day operations.
What will you be doing?
- Managing, coaching and motivating the store staff
- Achieving sales and service targets
- Responsibility for staff planning and training
- Ensuring perfect store presentation
- Analysing sales results and optimising processes
- Active involvement in the store and advising customers
- Maintaining contact with head office and suppliers

- Proven leadership experience in retail (preferably in the fashion industry)
- Strong sense of responsibility and commercial understanding

Mavelle and Rose is undergoing rapid online development. That's why we're looking for a creative online content employee who can bring our image to life digitally. You will be responsible for creating powerful images, inspiring texts and a stylish online brand experience.
What will you be doing?
- Creating photo and video content for social media and the website
- Writing product descriptions, posts and campaigns
- Managing and optimising social media channels
- Contributing ideas for online marketing strategies
- Carrying out small photo shoots in the shop
- Analysing engagement and results
What do we expect from you?
- Creativity, fashion sense and attention to detail
- Experience with content creation, photography or social media management
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop or similar software is an advantage
- Independence, structure and innovation
- Passion for fashion and branding
